I'm about 90% sure there was an actual music vid for this back in the day. Does anyone know where I can find it? She was so well-known for her dance tunes, I don't think many people realize how well she could sing these love jams. This is one you'd hear out grocery shopping or something. It's my FAVE Robin S song. Also, I think she was on Video LP on BET back in the day and she might have done this one live, but I'm not sure. (???)

Oh my God! So honored to meet you! I just remember getting that first album and everyone was all into the dance cuts (and understandably so), but I just fell in love with "What I do best". Never heard it on the radio, only like if I was out in a store or restaurant it might be playing on their sound system. Also, didn't she appear on BET's Video LP? I was trying to figure out what song she sang on there (??). Anyway, please pass along the message to her how much she has meant to me over the years! Peace!!

LOVE this song!!! In response to someone who asked the question if this was ever released as a single, answer is "Yes". Think it was in 1994 and radio stations played it endlessly. It was the second big single for Robin after "Show Me Love". Doubt anyone in R&B in 2013 can even SING this song since it requires some good set of pipes. Thanks for uploading this and Robin -- you sure show 'em, Girl !!!
